| Educational Qualification: |
Masters in any discipline with minimum 3 (three) 1st division/ class having no 3rd division/ class in any of the examinations. |
| Other Requirements: |
The candidates will be posted to the agent outlets under Agent Banking Division of the Bank located in the rural areas accross the country. |
| Compensation and Benefits: |
The selected Trainee Officer (TO) will be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.35,000/-only. After successful completion of theprobation period, they will be confirmed in the regular pay scale of Tk.22,370-INC-550x59-54,820 and other admissible benefits with a total initial emoluments of Tk.45,859/- only per month |
