| Educational Qualification: |
Masters in any discipline with minimum 4 (four) 1st division/ class having no 3rd division/class in any of the examinaions |

The candidate should have the willingness to work in any locaton within the country. |
| Compensation and Benefits: |
The selected Management Trainee Officer (MTO) will be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of Tk.70,000/- only. They will be absorbed in the rank of ‘Senior Officer’ of the bank after successful completion of the probation period in the pay scale of Tk.34,300-INC-1,000x59-93,300 and other admissible benefits with a total initial emoluments of TK.80,815/- only per month. |
