| Duties and Responsibilities: |
Planning, budgeting, budget variance analysis, monitoring and achieving financial targets of the bank. |

All internal financial reporting including periodic MIS, cost/benefit and performance analysis. |

All external reporting particularly to Bangladesh Bank. |
| |
Rationalization of cost and improving productivity of resources. |
| |
Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Financial Reporting in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. |
| |
Dealing with internal, external and Bangladesh Bank audits. |
| |
Capital Management and Capital Adequacy related matters under Basel III. |
| |
In depth knowledge on Accounting & Financial rules, regulations of Bangladesh Bank, Companies Act, Banking Companies Act and other regulatory provisions. |
| Requirements: |
Minimum 07 (seven) years of professional experience in Accounts related activities. |
| |
Minimum 04 (four) years of professional experience in Accounts related activities for candidates having ACA/FCA degree. |
| |
The candidate should be a Bangladeshi National. |
| Educational Qualification: |
Candidate should have Masters in Accounting/ Finance/ FCA/ FCMA having no 3rd class/ division in any of the examinations. |
| Age: |
Age should not exceed 50 years as on December 31, 2021. |
