Territory Officer/Senior Sales Manager is responsible for developing & executing Sales & Distribution, trade Communication, Product placement and Bank’s business priorities in his respective Area/ Territory. He will manage the distribution channel, ensure the support of rebalancing facilities to Distributors/Agents/Outlets and also take accountability to meet up the sales target. |
| Educational Qualification: |
Master Degree in any discipline with no 3rd Division/ Class |
| Salary & others: |
Initial Gross Salary Tk.27,750/- Initial gross salary will also include all other permissible facilities like Transport facility (under scheme), Staff House Building Loan etc as per the Bank’s Financial Inclusion policy. Higher remuneration & benefits may be given to deserving candidates. |

Minimum 3 years of professional experience |
| Age: |
Maximum 37 years. |
| Other Requirements: |
The experience should be in the field of sales/distribution channel/Agent Banking in any Bank/FMCG/Mobile Network Operator/MFS Company or any reputed company which has country wide Sales & Distribution channel. |
